As the Marketing and Finance Manager it is my job to communicate with department heads from other regions. Doing this ensures that we receive all applicable ideas for marketing schemes. I am also in charge of making sure that we stay within budget of a marketing plan, and also that we meet the deadline. I handle the company’s money on a day to day basis; it is my responsibility to ensure that the company stays within its budget for the year. My job also entails ensuring that my employees are trained, and up to par on everything. When I delegate a task for an employee they should be able to execute it with proficiency.
