As an operations manager you will be in charge of preparing schedules for individual work employees and giving these employees their duties. Other functions include reviewing different team reports or charts that are being used. As the operations manager you must demonstrate excellent customer and personal service. In this position you will have to be able to speak to people on an individual one-on-one level, as well as to the whole group. Solving problems that may arise with employees as well as the systems that are present. These are just a start to the different things this position is accountable for purchasing.
